The Wellness Center is for people in good health
and for those working their way back to health.
It serves the young, old and in-between with
programs ranging from the popular Sit-To-Be-Fit classes for seniors to the
exciting tumbling classes for pre-schoolers. The Wellness Center also has youth
programs and activities focused on teaching children and teens about
ways to care for their health in a
fun and rewarding atmosphere.

Knowledge makes a difference |
|
Education is half of the Wellness Center’s two-pronged approach towards
developing health and healthy life-styles in our community. It
provides health management programs, Good Health Schools, health talks,
screenings and health events.
The Wellness Center’s outreach extends beyond Gillespie
County into the health system’s eight-county service area with cardiac risk
assessments, flu shots and health fairs.
For information on Wellness events and activities,
go to
Wellness Center >
