This is a four week focused program to explore
health, hope, and healing pathways to caregiver health. It will
be open to caregivers who have provided care and support for
patients who have suffered from cancer or other long-term debilitating
diseases. Over the course of four weeks, the weekly two-hour
sessions will be facilitated by Drs. Jim and Pam Spruiell, who
are experienced professional counselors. This complimentary
four week program will encourage new behaviors and techniques
to allow caregivers to be pro-active about their own mental
and physical health. Participants will share experiences, be
introduced to journaling, and search through issues of guilt,
loss, and grief. Reservations
are required, as space is limited. Please call Donna Lafferty,
